Matcha Honey Bean Mochi

Mix the matcha powder, mochi mixed powder, milk powder, and salt evenly.

Add eggs and water.

Make the dough by hand.

Add 40g of butter and knead well.

Then add honey beans and knead until it doesn't stick to your hands.

Divide 20g into small balls.

Preheat the oven at 140 degrees for 5 minutes, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
Tips:
1: The oven temperature is subject to our own. The temperature of my oven is 30 degrees higher, so it is 140 degrees, and the normal oven is about 170 degrees.
2: Mochi must be mixed until it is not sticky.
