Matcha Honey Bean Waffle (yeast Version)
1.
Weigh the material.
2.
Put all the ingredients in the bread machine (except butter), start a kneading program, and knead the ingredients into a dough.
3.
After kneading into a dough, add softened butter, and then start a kneading program, and knead the dough to the expansion stage. Let the dough rise to 2 times its size.
4.
The fermented dough is taken out, pressed and vented, and then divided into equal parts and rounded for later use.
5.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it out, wrap in an appropriate amount of honey beans, and close the mouth down (Don’t be too greedy and put too many honey beans on it. ←_←The mold will leak when it is closed, hehe)
6.
Heat the mold with a small fire! ! ! Then put the wrapped dough in the middle, close the lid of the mold, and bake on both sides for 1 minute, turn it back and forth 3-4 times (you can open the mold halfway to see the coloring situation, in short, don’t leave the stove and pick up the heat. Turn the mold over and burn~~brand~~brand~~~)
7.
Open and observe the coloring situation~~~
Tips:
1. Green tea powder or Isuzu can be used for matcha powder. It is expensive for the reason. T_T ||
2. It is recommended to weigh the eggs first. If the whole egg is only 45 grams, then the milk can become 55 grams, and the total amount of liquid is 100 grams. Anyway, you have learned addition and subtraction in elementary school ╮(-_-)╭
3. The recipe can make 10 small waffles ↖(^0^)↗
4. The dough can be kneaded at night and put in the refrigerator to ferment. It is also very good to make breakfast in the morning, hahaha
