Matcha Milk Recipe

Pour the milk into a bowl and set aside.

Corn starch is ready.

Pour the cornstarch and matcha powder into the milk, stir evenly and sift it again.

Pour into a saucepan and cook for 1 minute and a half on low heat.

Boil until thick, as shown in the picture, then turn off the heat.

The mold is rinsed with a thin layer of oil.
7.
Pour the matcha batter into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. It can be demoulded.
8.
Dip a little coconut on the surface.
9.
Cut into evenly-sized pieces.
