Matcha Milk Tea (alias Xia Qinglian)

About 200 ml of black tea. (Please refer to my recipe for black tea water with milk tea ingredients)

In a measuring cup, measure 50 ml of whole milk (this is the original formula I used to open the store. Now my friends have increased the amount of the new formula.) Add it to the black tea water.

Using a 1g spoon of a baking measuring spoon, add three spoons of condensed milk to the milk tea ingredients.

Add 15 grams of non-dairy creamer, (this is the original formula dosage I used to open the shop. Non-dairy creamer can be used in baking measuring spoons, 15 grams of measuring spoons, add a spoonful of more than this method. You can also use refined grams Weighing.)

In a measuring cup, measure 25 ml of fructose and add it to the black tea mixture. The dosage can be increased or decreased according to taste. (If you use sugar matcha powder later, you don't need to add fructose in this step)

Add unsweetened matcha powder and weigh 5g. (Because the matcha powder is lighter and fluffy, you can use a baking measuring spoon for unsweetened matcha powder, 10g measuring spoon, add about one spoonful, and weigh about 5g. Also. It can be weighed in fine grams. If you use sugared matcha powder, weigh 10g of sugared matcha powder, and you don’t need to add fructose in the previous step)

Add clean water to the 450ml mark. Stir slightly.

Add to the boiling pot, stir and cook for about one minute on medium and small fire, until the ingredients are melted, boil the melted milk tea, add the blended ingredients to the cup to dissolve the ingredients on the wall of the volumetric cup. Pour into the saucepan again, cook for about a minute or two over medium-high heat, and cook until the milk tea is slightly boiling.

Serve it in a cup while it's hot, or drink it on ice.
Tips:
1. When boiling milk tea, when the raw materials are not melted, stir while boiling to prevent the raw materials from sticking to the pot wall.
2. Boiling milk tea can not be used for a long time, it is easy to paste.
3. The boiled milk tea must be poured into the volumetric cup with the blended ingredients first to melt the ingredients on the wall.
4. The milk tea does not need to be boiled, just boil it to a slight boil.

6. Matcha milk tea is not suitable for chocolate sauce and jam. Suitable for the original flavor, but if there is no fructose, you can put honey.
7. The whole milk is used as the ingredients, the milk flavor is more rich and mellow.
8. Unsweetened matcha powder, weigh about 5 grams. If you use sugared matcha powder, weigh 10g of sugared matcha powder, and you don't need to add fructose to the ingredients.
9. Matcha powder tastes slightly bitter, so you can't add more, just add a small amount to increase the freshness of matcha.
