The cellulose of matcha is 52.8 times that of spinach and 28.4 times that of celery. It has the effects of digesting and relieving greasiness, losing weight, and removing acne.

Matcha Oatmeal

1. Add water to a small pot, then add the original big oatmeal, the oatmeal still has to be cooked to taste

2. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and it's fine

3. Put it to a temperature of about 60 degrees, add the tea powder, stir and mix it evenly

4. Because the tea powder is very fine, it is easy to clump, so there will be some grains, but it does not affect the taste

5. When eating, add some nuts, biscuits, and eggs to make a simple nutritious breakfast.
