Matcha Pudding
1.
7 grams of gelatin powder is softened with 30 grams of water. If the powder I use is gelatine tablets, it takes 1.5 tablets.
2.
Mix 6 grams of matcha powder with 40 grams of water and set aside.
3.
The pudding bowl or cup is ready. If you want to pour it out and eat it, put a layer of melted butter in the bowl to make it easy to demould.
4.
Mix 240 grams of milk with 25 grams of caster sugar and warm it up over fire. Turn off the heat after mashing.
5.
Add the soaked gelatin to the warm milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
6.
Then pour the matcha liquid in.
7.
Stir well. The sieving here is more delicate, I haven't.
8.
Pour into the prepared pudding bowl, and refrigerate for more than 3 hours.
9.
Refrigerate until set, fill a large bowl with warm water, put the pudding bowl in and warm it up, so that it can easily be pulled out of the mold.
10.
You can enjoy it, it's really delicious.
Tips:
Gelatin can use powder or tablets. The film that you want to pour out and eat has to be greased, otherwise it will take some trouble and break easily. It's also very good and easy to dig and eat with a spoon. If the refrigerating time does not freeze for 3 hours, then wait.
