Matcha Pudding

Soak two gelatine tablets in water to soften.

Add 200 grams of pure milk to the pot and 20 grams of sugar to melt the sugar over low heat.

Add 10 grams of matcha powder and stir evenly, add the soft gelatine slices, stir to make the gelatin slices melt.
4.
Pour into the mold, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, and set the shape.
5.
The chilled pudding is sprinkled with Oreo and matcha powder.
