Matcha Twist

Put the powdered sugar and butter into the microwave for one minute to soften them

Beat the eggs

Add whipped cream and matcha powder, continue to stir and beat

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

Knead the dough into the refrigerator for half an hour, then use a rolling pin to roll into 2mm thin slices, cut into strips, about 10cm
6.
Roll up the matcha sticks~ put them in a baking tray lined with greased paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes.
Tips:
Just add matcha powder to the color development
