1.
Prepare the ingredients, put the butter needed for the original dough into the basin, add white sugar, and beat the butter with a whisk until the volume expands;
2.
Pour milk and stir evenly, sift in low-gluten flour, mix evenly with a spatula to form a dough;
3.
Make matcha dough in the same way. Put matcha powder and low-gluten flour into it at the same time and mix into dough;
4.
Use a rolling pin to roll two pieces of dough into about 0.5cm thick dough pieces, cut them neatly, and stack them together;
5.
Adjust the oven temperature to 180 degrees for 17 minutes. After preheating, put it in the baking tray.
Tips:
1. When the whole noodles are cut into strips, it is recommended to cut them slightly. After entering the oven, the volume of the two-color stick will slightly expand due to the use of white sugar;
2. When making this biscuit, the white granulated sugar can be replaced with powdered sugar, which will be better to pass and the taste will be finer;
3. I adjusted the oven time for 17 minutes, and the edge of the finished product was yellowed. When you bake it, you can reduce the time to 15 or 16 minutes;
4. The success rate of biscuits is much higher than that of bread and cakes. If you are a novice in baking, it is recommended to start with biscuits.
