Matcha Yogurt Ice Bars
1.
Make yogurt: disinfect the inner container and lid of the yogurt machine with boiling water and drain the water. Then pour pure milk and 1 small bag of yogurt starter;
2.
Stir the ingredients evenly with sterilized chopsticks, cover the lid, plug in the power source, and the yogurt will be ready automatically after 6 hours;
3.
After the yogurt is made, cool it at room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator. Use boiling water to sterilize the mold for making ice cream, and remove the drained water;
4.
Pour a part of yogurt into the mold;
5.
Cover the lid, put it in the freezer compartment and freeze for 1 hour;
6.
Make matcha milk: pour pure milk into the milk pot and heat;
7.
Add matcha powder;
8.
Stir evenly and boil hot;
9.
After freezing for an hour, the yogurt will solidify, take out and add matcha milk, cover the lid of the ice cream stick, and put it in a chilled freezer for overnight~
Tips:
When the ice cream stick is taken out of the refrigerator for consumption, the outer shell is flushed with cold water, and the demoulding is smooth. Without a yogurt machine, you can use ready-made yogurt to make ice bars, or you can use fruit paste instead of yogurt. The matcha is heated with pure milk and left to cool at room temperature before taking out the mold in the refrigerator, pour the matcha milk and then put it back into the refrigerator to freeze. Don't add too much matcha powder, it's a bit bitter if it's too much~
