I turned out some taro balls in the refrigerator at home, and I was too lazy to cook rice and cooked a pot of red bean soup. I simply matched it with a little matcha garden to make a different red bean soup.

Matcha Yuanzi Taro Ball Red Bean Soup

1. Wash red beans

2. Add water and boil it into red bean soup

3. Matcha powder, glutinous rice flour, mix and add water

4. Crumpled up

5. And then roll it into a small round state

6. Mix matcha garden seeds and taro balls

7. Pour into boiling water pot and cook

8. Pour the cooked red bean soup into a bowl

9. Add the cooked taro balls

10. Eat it while it's hot~~~

Tips:

1. The water in matcha powder and glutinous rice flour should be added in an appropriate amount. The water absorption of the powder is different.\n2. Rock sugar should be added when the red bean soup is boiled.
