Matsutake Chicken Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, chop the chicken rack into pieces, slice the ginger, and rinse the wolfberry and red dates.

2. Wash the matsutake to remove the floating soil and sand, and gently scrape it off.

3. Slice the washed matsutake mushrooms for later use.

4. Add the ginger slices to the chicken rack, blanch the cooking wine, and rinse.

5. Put the chicken pieces in a casserole, add sliced ginger, red dates, and goji berries and simmer for an hour.
