I bought Matsutake mushrooms. They are very fragrant. I can't help but start. It is my mission to make it into various kinds of delicacies, haha!
I used it to make soup today, and the whole room was full of aroma when I made the soup. It's really amazing! "

Matsutake Lean Meat Soup

1. Wash the matsutake with clean water first, and then soak it dry. Don't pour out the water for the mushrooms;

2. Wash the orange peel, and wash the red dates to remove the pit;

3. Cut lean meat into thick slices, three slices of ginger;

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and let the lean meat and ginger slices under cold water;

5. Skim off the blood foam after the water boils;

6. Pour the matsutake and the water for soaking the matsutake into the pot, add tangerine peel and red dates together;

7. Bring to a boil on high heat again, then turn to low heat and cook for about 1.5 hours. Add a little salt to taste when eating!

Tips:

My red dates are bigger, if it’s a small one, you can put around 7!
