Maw Chicken Soup

Soak the maw in water one night in advance to soften it. When using it, add hot water in the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and cook the maw to remove the fishy;

Cut the processed flower gum into large pieces for later use;

Soak cordyceps flowers, mountain pills, and red dates for use;
4.
Cut the clean chicken into pieces, add ginger slices, and blanch the blood in the pot;
5.
Boil about 2000ml of water in the pot, then add all the prepared ingredients and boil in the soup mode for about two and a half hours;
6.
After boiling, add salt to taste!
