Meat Bone Lotus Root Soup

Soak the fleshy bones in blood in advance

Boil the pot in water, remove and rinse for later use, add sliced ginger, green onion, and 3 teaspoons of cooking wine

Peel the lotus root and cut it into oblique pieces

Add 2 liters of water

Bring to a high heat and change to medium and low heat (it takes about an hour and a half)
