I cut ten kilograms of pork to make sausages last night, but the remaining skin can't be thrown away. The skin is rich in collagen and elastin, which can make the cells plump, reduce wrinkles, and enhance skin elasticity. Since pork skin has so many benefits, how do we cook it? The one in my family likes to eat pork skin jelly, so I usually make pork skin jelly, and eat cold pork skin jelly in a hot heating house. Very pleasant.

Tips:

After the pig skin is cooked, the pig hair stands up and is very easy to pluck. Removing the white oil on the pig skin can make the finished skin look translucent and beautiful. I feel that the light soy sauce is added, so the skin is not translucent, so I won’t release light soy sauce next time Try again.
