Meat Jelly

First put the skin of the meat in the water and cook it

Tips:
After the pig skin is cooked, the pig hair stands up and is very easy to pluck. Removing the white oil on the pig skin can make the finished skin look translucent and beautiful. I feel that the light soy sauce is added, so the skin is not translucent, so I won’t release light soy sauce next time Try again.
