Meat Pie

Mix the flour into a dough and set aside to make it softer.

Chopped onion and green onions

The pork head is chopped up. I bought the cooked pork head.

Divide the noodles into ingredients, roll them into long strips, as shown in the picture, add cooked oil and salt

Add minced onion and pork head

Roll into the shape of a picture, take a rolling pin to squeeze it a bit

Put it in a pot, brush with oil, and fry on low heat for about 5 minutes, and it will be done when it is cooked.

Tips:
Minced meat can also be used. The frying time is longer and must be low fire.
