Meat Sauce Pasta
1.
Soak it for half an hour in advance, and cooking the noodles later saves time as long as 10 minutes. When cooking the noodles, bring the water to a boil and add a little salt, then stir frequently with chopsticks, and pick it up for about ten minutes to serve.
2.
Cut all the prepared ingredients and prepare them for frying to make pasta sauce. In addition, the prepared salad is also cut and placed in another large bowl.
3.
Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, boil it on high heat to 170*, and then fry the French fries. Put it in the oil with chopsticks, and the temperature will be about the same.
4.
Pour in the French fries and start frying. Be sure to cover yourself with a large object in your left hand to prevent oil from splashing on your body.
5.
Fry until golden brown, remove the oil and set aside.
6.
When frying the steak, use a fork to pierce through the pan when there is no blood and put it on the plate, and drizzle it with black pepper sauce.
7.
Start to fry the meat sauce. Stir-fry the minced meat first, then add all the onion and tomato ingredients and fry together until fragrant.
8.
Add all the spare ingredients of onion and tomato in turn and sauté until fragrant.
9.
Then add the pasta, tomato and basil sauce and a little black pepper. If you think it is too sour, add a little sugar to it, so it doesn’t taste too good. Pour it directly on the plated pasta, then fry the eggs one by one, the steak is on the side, and the fried fries are also available.
10.
This is the finished product. The salad is also topped with mayonnaise, sweet sauce and Thousand Island dressing. Have an appetite.
Tips:
I only used two packets of sauce (2*100g) for my four-person pasta. Don’t put too much, it will taste too salty and heavy!
