Meat Section

Cut the pork into sections, add cooking wine, pepper and marinate for 15 minutes, put the starch in a bowl, add water to soak

Break the green pepper into pieces by hand, mince the ginger and onion, and slice the garlic

Add oil and cook until it is 5-6% hot, add the meat section and deep-fry it, remove it

Increase the oil temperature to 7-8% hot, add the meat section and re-fry the outer coke and the inside tender, remove the oil
