Meatball Soup

First prepare the ingredients (lean meat, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, ginger slices, and coriander root are all cut into small pieces)

Put it in the meat grinder twice and mince

Combine the minced lean meat, sprinkle a little salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Tips:
Don't have too much cornstarch, otherwise the meatballs won't be chewy. This soup is super easy to make.
