Meatballs in Mushroom Soup

All raw materials are ready as shown in the picture. Among them: soak the yuba in warm water and cut into sections; soak the fungus in warm water, wash and tear small flowers; wash the pine mushrooms; soak the daylily, remove the roots, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.

Pour the yuba segments and stir-fry.

Pour in day lily and stir well.

Pour the fungus and stir well.

Pour in pine mushrooms and stir well.

Add pork meatballs and stir-fry well.

Add light soy sauce, toned and seasoned.

Add oyster sauce to increase freshness.

Pour in the right amount of the original juice to serve the soup, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

When it's delicious, add chicken essence to collect the juice, then serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. The soup, light soy sauce and oyster sauce in the original juice have saltiness, so no additional salt is needed. Individuals who are heavy-duty, add less depending on the situation.
2. There is no original juice for the soup, you can use chicken broth, bone broth instead.
