Braised Cabbage with Pork Balls

Chop the green onion and ginger and prepare the aniseed.

Pre-made pork meatballs that are deep-fried to 4 or 5 minutes.

Pick up a frying pan, green onion and ginger, add the aniseed to the pan and stir fragrant.

Add soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of broth.

Add sugar.

Put the meatballs into the pot. Bring the fire to a boil, and cover the pot with a lower fire. Stir fry in due course.

Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces.

Add salt and monosodium glutamate when the balls are cooked for 7 or 8 minutes.

Braised cabbage in a pot.

The cabbage is cooked, delicious, and ready to be served on a plate.
Tips:
1. Slowly braised, the meatballs are more delicious.
2. Make thin slices before serving, and the dishes will look better. My diners don't like gorgon juice, so this step is avoided.
