Meatloaf and Mushroom Fried Rice

Cook the rice for use

Mushroom Soaking

Shred the soaked shiitake mushrooms and set aside

Chop cabbage finely and set aside

Cut meatloaf into small cubes

Stir fragrant diced meatloaf with lard in a hot pan

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry to create a fragrance

Add the cabbage and stir fry evenly

Stir-fry until the cabbage is dead, add a little salt to taste

Add rice
