Meatloaf with Dried Plum and Vegetables
1.
Cut the meat into small cubes (I used a meat grinder), add salt chicken essence, soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for two hours to taste.
2.
Add the flour and water to the dough and let it wake up for 20 minutes to make it a little softer.
3.
Soak the dried plums in advance, wash and chop them, put them in the microwave for two minutes without steaming them in the pot.
4.
After the dried plums have cooled, pour into the meat and stir evenly.
5.
Knead the awake dough and cut it into small pieces.
6.
Pinch the sides a little thinner and place the meat filling in the middle.
7.
Close your mouth.
8.
Put some flour on top and bottom and roll it into thin slices.
9.
After the pan is heated, put the dried plum and vegetable buckwheat patties in the pan and slowly fry them. Be sure to brush the excess flour on the pancakes with a brush before baking.
10.
Just burn it until the two sides are slightly yellow and do not rise in the middle.
11.
Take out and eat.
