Meaty Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon, meat bones (blanched)

Peel and seed the winter melon and wash it

Put it on the chopping board and cut into pieces, set aside

Put the blanched meat and bones into the pressure cooker

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

Add some water

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat

Open the lid after simmering until it is out of breath

Then, add the cut winter melon and turn it to a boil. Cook until the winter melon is soft

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of salt

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG

Seasoning, stir well, serve
