Mei Cai Dried Meatballs

1. Dry the plums and soak them in warm water for one hour. Cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the microwave oven for 6 minutes. Take them out and let them cool and squeeze them dry. Chop pork belly into minced meat.

Tips:

1. If dried plums are too thick, chop finely.
