Mei Cai Kou Po

Soak the dried plums and boil them in boiling water for about 10 minutes, set aside; slice the pork belly, separate the fat and lean, and use two star anise.

Add a little oil, stir fragrant star anise, add fat pork belly and fry, then add lean pork belly and continue frying until golden brown.

Pour in sugar and cooking wine, pour the juice of boiled plum vegetables into the pot and cook together.

Add water to a simmer and cook until you know the taste is right for you.
