Mei Cai Meatloaf

Prepare the materials

Wash the plum vegetables and soak for 1 hour

Wash and chop pork
4.
Wring out the brewed plum tea to dry out the water

Add it to the minced meat and chop together

After chopped, add sugar, cornstarch and green onions to taste

After adjusting the flavor, spread on a plate and marinate for 15 minutes

When pour the right amount of water on the steamer, put the meat patties in, and steam for 20 minutes
Tips:
You don't need to add salt to make this meatloaf. There is enough salt in Mei Cai.
