Mei Cai Meatloaf
1.
Use hot water to mix the flour into a soft dough, and seal the noodles (the cake will not become hard if it is cooled with hot water or the noodles are left for the second meal.)
2.
Chop the pork into meat fillings, add the chopped green onion and ginger and the above seasonings and stir evenly in one direction. Stir for a while to make the meat fillings full and tasty
3.
Pour in the dried plums that have been soaked and washed in advance, and stir evenly
4.
Divide the dough into small pieces, roll them into pancakes, and wrap them into buns.
5.
Gently press or roll into a thin cake (must not be too hard)
6.
Heat the pan and brush a layer of oil, put the meat patties, and also brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface to prevent the cake crust from drying out
7.
One side is baked until the shape is set and then turned over. After a while, the cake will gradually bulge, and the two sides will be golden and ready to be out of the pan.
