Mei Cai Pork Feet

Dried plums, soak in hot water in advance.

Prepare two pork knuckles and chop them into small pieces.

In a pot of cold water, add cooking wine, boil the bleeding foam, and rinse.

Put ginger slices, cinnamon bark and pork feet in a pot with oil and heat.

Stir dry water, add appropriate amount of salt, and 40 tempeh.

The soaked dried plums squeeze out the water, put them in the pot and stir fry together.

Add chili powder, stir-dried Mei Cai, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.
