Meiling Congee

Soak the glutinous rice one hour in advance, then put it in a food processor and smash it

Pour soy milk into the pot and bring to a boil, put in the smashed glutinous rice, stir properly to prevent sticking

The boiled yam is crushed in a strainer, and the mashed yam is melted into the porridge. After stirring, the yam is turned to a low heat, covered and simmered for 40 minutes.

After opening the lid, add rock sugar and stir until the rock sugar melts. Sprinkle the petals on top for decoration.
