Meiling Congee

Wash the rice and soak it overnight (the ratio of glutinous rice to rice is 5:1)

Use a soymilk machine to make about 1L of soy milk, mix in a small amount of water

Wash the yam, steam it in a pot, cool the steamed yam, peel it, and press it into yam mud

Put the soaked rice, ground yam, and freshly ground soybean milk into a soup pot or rice cooker, and cook the porridge until it is thick. Finally, add rock sugar according to taste

Wash the round lettuce, tear it into an appropriate size and drain it for later use

Cut cucumber into 5 cm long pieces, then shred

Put the round lettuce, oranges, and cucumbers into the plate, and drizzle with salad dressing (70g oranges + 1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp minced onion + 1 tbsp canola oil)
