1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Add sugar (80g) to tapioca flour (200g)

3. Add water (180g) and stir evenly

4. Add coconut milk (80g)

6. Add matcha powder (5g) to water (180g) and mix well

8. Brown sugar + hot water (180g) melted

9. After cooling down completely

10. Stir it evenly in the same way as the original flavor

12. Spoon a scoop on the bottom of the utensil with a spoon

13. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, put it on to steam

14. Wait for the first layer to freeze (about 2~3 minutes) and then pour the second layer to continue steaming

15. Wait until the second layer is solidified, then go to the third layer and so on until the top layer, and the last layer is added and steamed for at least 10 minutes, so as to avoid the middle is not fully cooked

16. After steaming, it can be demoulded after cooling
