Melaleuca Cranberry Bread

Put the main ingredients into the bread machine to knead and expand until the fermentation is complete. Take the dough out of the machine, remove the large bubbles, and divide them into 4 or 5 equal parts

Roll the dough into a pie shape, sprinkle the coconut and chopped cranberries in the auxiliary ingredients, repeat and put on another rolled pie

After all the dough cakes are placed, cut into 6 equal portions

Put the dough into the bread mold with the cut side up

Knead the three materials of butter crumbs in the auxiliary materials into larger ones by hand

Sprinkle evenly in the mold (after fermentation is complete, it is okay to spread the egg liquid and then sprinkle the crumbs)

Put it into the oven, put a small bowl of boiling water at the bottom of the oven, continue to ferment for 2 times, this is how the fermentation is complete

Preheat the oven 180. Bake the middle and lower layer for 40 minutes. It needs to be covered with tin foil after baking for 25 minutes
Tips:
Do not exceed 80g of butter in the main ingredient
