Melaleuca Durian Cake
1.
Heat the butter and sugar in the microwave until melted.
2.
Pour the milk and stir well.
3.
Sift in low-gluten flour.
4.
Stir evenly.
5.
Filter the liquid again.
6.
Use a spoon to scoop out the cake liquid, pour it into a pan and heat it on a low heat, and be sure to move the pan body constantly to prevent the middle from being battered. A total of 14 crusts were spread. After spreading, let it cool for later use.
7.
Crush the durian meat.
8.
Whip the whipped cream.
9.
Spread light cream evenly on the crust.
10.
Coat durian flesh again. Until all the crusts overlap.
Tips:
1. Be sure to move the pan when spreading the crust, not to paste it.
2. The crust must be allowed to cool before use, otherwise the light cream will melt.
