Tips:
1. The amount of butter in the puff pastry I made is reduced, and it is not very crisp. If you want a very crisp taste, you need to add the amount of butter;
2. After the dough is kneaded, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before rolling out the skin. After the butter is rolled into thin slices, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it and take it out. Just to save trouble and time, I did it directly.
