Meringue Sausage Rolls

Prepare all the ingredients, beat the eggs and set aside

Cut the puff pastry into two square pieces from the middle, and preheat the oven at 180 degrees

Cut the cheese into strips

Cut the sausage into two equal lengths

5. Put the cheese sticks on the square meringue placed diagonally, and put a section of sausage on top of the cheese

Roll the ends of the meringue along the sausage and stick it, put baking paper on the baking tray, put the sausage roll on top and evenly coat the egg mixture
