Pour 300ml of pure milk and 80g of caster sugar into a pot over low heat to melt the sugar, add 5 drops of vanilla extract, mix well and set aside. Put the 3 eggs in the container and beat them, then pour in the spare milk and stir, and then sieve 2-3 times (to remove the egg tendons, magazines and bubbles).

Pour 30g of granulated sugar into a pan with 25ml of cold water and cook. Shake the pot all the time to heat the sugar evenly. After the sugar turns dark, add hot water to the boil. Pour the finished caramel into the bottom of the mold, then put the spare eggs, and then put hot water in the baking tray.

Put the bakeware in the oven and heat up and down at 160°C for 40 minutes.

Take out the bakeware and let it cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before it can be demoulded and eaten.
Tips:
I made dessert for the first time, and I chose the easier "Caramel Pudding". It was very successful, so let's look forward to more good ones.
