Wash the sweet potatoes without rubbing water to retain the moisture in the skin.

Wrap the sweet potatoes with a piece of paper.

I have tried to bake it without wrapping paper, but it will produce some moisture when bake, and the microwave will be clean when wrapped. Try to use clean paper. Kitchen paper towels are fine.

Put it on the tray of the microwave oven and heat it on high heat for 3 minutes; turn it over again and continue on high heat for 3 minutes. (Adjust the time according to the size of the sweet potato)

Tips:
◎Try to choose a slender sweet potato; it will be easy to bake through;
◎If you are not sure about the time, you can check it halfway through to check if it is soft;
