Microwave Baked Tofu

1. Rinse and drain the tofu, cut into slices about millimeters thick, and cut green and red peppers into small pieces (not too spicy to replace or omit)

1. Adjust the roasting sauce, 2 teaspoons of chili noodles, 3 teaspoons of cumin noodles, 2 teaspoons of cooked white sesame seeds
2. Add another spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, two spoonfuls of fuel, and one spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, mix well and set aside

1. Spread the tofu flat on the microwave container (flat plate), and use a fork or toothpick to make a few strokes on the front and back of the tofu to taste.
2. Brush with the sauce just made, both front and back
3. Microwave on high heat for five minutes, take it out and turn it over for another five minutes, put it on a plate and sprinkle with green and red peppers.
Tips:
The power of the microwave oven is different, so it is best to pause and check when the last minute is left, don't burn it.
