Microwave Bamboo Leaf Ribs

The ribs are marinated in oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine, ginger, green onions, and pepper.

Soak the dried palm leaves in water in advance, then take two slices, and place them horizontally on the bottom and upright on the top.

Put a layer of rice on the bottom, and then put a piece of ribs.

Put another layer of rice on top.

First fold the horizontal palm leaves in half toward the middle.
