Microwave Cake

Whisk the eggs

Add corn oil and sugar

Stir until fully integrated

Sift in chestnut flour, low-gluten flour and baking powder

Stir until a paste without dry powder

Add the raisins washed with water

Stir a few times with a spatula

Put it into the silicone mold and let it stand for 10 minutes

Use a microwave on high heat for 5 minutes

The baked cake needs to be demoulded immediately and eaten after it has cooled down completely.
