Recently, I have made a few cakes in the microwave oven, and I have learned the experience slowly. Generally, it tastes the best with a high fire for 4 to 5 minutes. At the same time, adding a little dried fruit can add a hint of sweetness.

Microwave Cake

1. Whisk the eggs

2. Add corn oil and sugar

3. Stir until fully integrated

4. Sift in chestnut flour, low-gluten flour and baking powder

5. Stir until a paste without dry powder

6. Add the raisins washed with water

7. Stir a few times with a spatula

8. Put it into the silicone mold and let it stand for 10 minutes

9. Use a microwave on high heat for 5 minutes

10. Baked Raisin Cake

Tips:

The baked cake needs to be demoulded immediately and eaten after it has cooled down completely.
