Microwave Garlic Open Back Shrimp

First, prepare live prawns, soy sauce, garlic, and green peppers. If you eat peppers, use peppers.

Place the shrimp flat on the chopping board, hold the shrimp body with one hand, and cut the shrimp flatly between the two eyes of the shrimp head, and cut to the tail of the shrimp. At the end, save a little bit and don't cut it off.

Take out the shrimp thread, clean it and dry it, put it in a basin, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes

Cut some green peppers and garlic

Put the minced garlic in a bowl, add 20 grams of corn oil and mix well

Put the bowl with minced garlic in the microwave, close the door and heat on high heat for 3 minutes

After 3 minutes, open the door and stir the minced garlic with chopsticks, close the door and continue heating on high heat for 3 minutes

Seeing that the minced garlic is browned in color, take out the bowl from the microwave and put the minced green pepper in it and mix well

Tips:
I use new garlic from the summer so it has more moisture. When heating the garlic, it must be heated continuously for 30 seconds, otherwise the paste will not be remedied. The cooking time should be increased or decreased according to the power of your own microwave oven. Mine has a power of 900 watts, and I must use a higher bowl. My bowl is short, and the oil comes out in the middle.
