Microwave "roasted" Sweet Potatoes

Choose small sweet potatoes, or cut them in half. Spread a piece of kitchen paper on the baking tray, and moisten the kitchen paper with a watering can. No watering can, just a layer of water.

Put the small sweet potatoes into the baking tray, and continue to spray a layer of water to moisten the surface.

Cover it with another piece of kitchen paper and continue to moisten it.
4.
Heat in a microwave oven on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
5.
Fragrant "roasted" sweet potatoes.
Tips:
If the sweet potato is big, you can cut it in half.
