Microwave Steamed Dried Fish

Soak the dried fish for 2-3 hours in advance.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Spread the onion ginger garlic on the plate.
4.
Spread dried fish on top.
5.
Drizzle with very fresh soy sauce.
6.
Drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.
7.
Cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few small holes with toothpicks.
8.
Put it in a microwave oven and steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes, depending on the temperature of your own microwave oven.
Tips:
Dried fish is originally salty, so there is no need to add salt. Easy to make and delicious.
