Microwave Steamed Dried Fish

Soak the dried fish for 2-3 hours in advance and then wash it off.

Cut the green onion and ginger well.
3.
Spread the green onion and ginger on the plate.
4.
Top with dried fish.
5.
Top it with soy sauce.
6.
Top with steamed fish soy sauce.
7.
Cover with plastic wrap and make a few small holes with toothpicks.
8.
Put it in the microwave and steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes. (According to your own microwave oven.)
Tips:
Dried fish is originally salty, so there is no need to add salt.
