Microwave Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients are prepared; the sweet potatoes are washed with clean water.

Prepare 6 paper kitchen towels, 2 of which are wrapped with a sweet potato.

Wet the kitchen paper towel with clean water, put the sweet potato in the center, roll it up from one corner, and fold the two ends inward and pinch it tightly.

The wrapped sweet potatoes are placed in a special ceramic dish for the microwave, and sent to the microwave for a set time and high heat for 10 minutes.

When the microwave oven bites for 7 or 8 minutes, pause the microwave oven, take out the sweet potatoes and tie them with chopsticks to see if the wrapped paper towel is a bit loose, and see if the sweet potatoes can be pierced in. Tips:
1. Adjust the time of the microwave oven according to the size of the sweet potato. The fire power of each microwave oven is different. The setting time is a little shorter first, and then the time of the bite is slowly increased.
