Microwave Version Crispy Biscuits

Get the ingredients ready

Crush the egg yolk with a spoon

Put all the ingredients together

Pour in about 40g of water and knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

After taking out the dough, divide it into 6g or so, and knead it into circles
