Microwave Version of Donkey Roll

First, weigh 200 grams of yellow rice noodles in a large bowl that can be used in a microwave oven

Tips:
My microwave oven is 900 watts, and each person needs to increase or decrease the heating time according to the power of his own microwave oven.
The soy noodles I use are fried soy noodles that I bought. If you don't have one, use raw soy noodles and microwave them until the color is slightly yellow.
