Microwave Version of Salt-baked Razor Clams
1.
Buy 500g razor clams. It is best to bring mud, because the razor clams live with mud for a long time, mainly for the freshness of the ingredients. Soaked razor clams have a higher water content, but they are very clean. The ingredients you buy should be based on your own convenience.
2.
Wash the razor clams. I took a full wash four times before washing it like this. Of course, if you have enough time, you can carefully scrub with a toothbrush.
3.
The black connection point on the back of the razor razor pointed to by the thumb should be cut off with a knife. If you don’t cut the razor clams until they are ripe, the razor clams will open their mouths. This is a large amount of salt that will enter the link between the meat and shell of the razor clams, and it will become very salty.
4.
Put the opened razor clams on a plate and gently squeeze them with your hands to drain out the water as much as possible. But don't use too much force, don't crush the shell of the razor razor.
5.
Salt 350g, fragrant leaves, pepper, star anise, and cumin in a pot and stir-fry until the aroma comes out. You don't have to worry about coarse salt or fine salt, it doesn't matter. Although coarse salt is fine salt, if it is not convenient to buy, fine salt is the same. I like the taste of fennel, so I put some fennel. You can try it.
6.
Code the razor clams in the salt. There is a strategy that says to flush down the opening of the razor razor, I usually rush up the opening, if there are professionals who hope to answer.
7.
Put it in the microwave and beat for 5 to 6 minutes. Depending on the size of the clams, do not exceed 7 minutes at most.
